“The Robot Hub is filling a huge need in tech learning for kids in our community! Our son had a wonderful two days at the Robot Hub during February break and can’t wait for more. The teachers are wonderful, the space thoughtfully designed for kids, the equipment top notch (including a quiet space for parents to work). Most of all, as parents, we are excited for Robot Hub as a place to bring tech minded kids together for community and opportunities to design, build and grow together.

– Caroline McCabe

“My 8 year old girl LOVED her experience at The Robo Hub over winter break (and she has tried out many, many camps). The instructors were knowledgeable and FUN, the space was filled with dynamic, accessible technology (3D Printers, Robots, Virtual Reality, etc.), and the open floor plan and “maker space” environment invites children to innovate, explore, and see themselves as scientists/technologists.

One of my aims as a parent is to expose my daughter to all sorts avenues for future impact, and I am especially trying to keep her aperture open to the STEM fields, since so many girls still stray away too soon – and our country & world need all the scientists! The “challenges” offered made my daughter realize what she is able to accomplish and to feel the pride of working through problems. I believe The Robo Hub is a perfect partner to parents and schools in fostering curiosity and love of science!”

– Dena Patterson

“The Robo Hub is a brilliant STEM contribution to the local community, the perfect, comfortable place for kids to move from room to room, learning about Lego robotics, 3 D printing, coding and circuits, and participating in fun projects to connect science and art. My granddaughter joined the February vacation program. She came into the bright, open space, was greeted warmly by Rick and Matt, the Robo Hub teachers, and quickly embraced everything offered to her. When I came to pick her up, she was beaming with pride about what she learned and accomplished in one day. First questions: “When can I return?” “And can I have my birthday party here?” She loved the wonderful teachers and their patient, careful, friendly approach to answering her questions and showing her the possibilities of Lego robotics. Thank you, Robo Hub! We will return for her birthday party and for your vacation camp.”

– Nancy Sommers

“My 12 year old son had an amazing time at The Robo Hub. The team was extremely knowledgeable and were amazing with the kids. My son will definitely return soon.

“I took my son to a workshop here and he really enjoyed it. He’s always been interested in making stuff – from junk, legos, etc – and is becoming more interested in maker space tech as he gets older. The space is very nicely fit out and it’s great that there is space for parents to hang out or get work done too. The location is really convenient for us and a nice perk that parking is easy.
