  1. Participant Waiver

I (parent/legal guardian) on my behalf and that of my minor child, understand and agree that my child is participating in a program by The Robo Hub in partnership with NE FIRST in-person and voluntarily. I will not hold The Robo Hub or NE FIRST, their officers, directors, third-party providers, or employees, and any other participant liable for any negligence or alleged negligence or other fault (not including intentional acts) that results in personal injury, death, or property damage during or in connection with the above program.

  1. Materials and Property Damage

I understand that if my child is responsible for any damage done to any property, I (parent/legal guardian) will be held responsible for my child’s actions. I agree to pay for all damages to any workshop supplies, tools, facilities, or property caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions or misuse by my child.

  1. COVID Liability Waiver/Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that Coronavirus/COVID-19 (“COVID-19”) is highly contagious, and I understand that there is a risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by COVID-19 from others while attending The Workshop whether they are staff, volunteers, other participants, and/or other visitors.
