SUMMER Camps 2026
Turn Your School Break into an Exciting STEM Journey!
New for 2026
The Robo Hub is turning up creativity this summer with all-new programs powered by some of the biggest names in STEM: Our collaborations with GBH/PBS and MIT create an environment for kids to invent, learn, and collaborate in ways that feel like play. This camp is hands-on, minds-on, and all–fun.
NEW: GBH Design Squad: Camp Edition
We’re bringing the legendary PBS show Design Squad off the screen and into the makerspace! Using the framework and curriculum from the renowned PBS Design Squad series, camper groups from rising kindergarten through sixth grade step into the shoes of real inventors—dreaming up design challenges, building prototypes, and testing their ideas with everyday materials. It’s classic Design Squad energy—now live at camp, where teamwork, imagination, and resilience take the spotlight.
NEW: MIT App Inventor
This summer, kids can build their own apps using the groundbreaking MIT App Inventor platform. Younger campers (grades 3–5) will dive into creative coding challenges like StoryGPT, mixing imagination with AI magic. Older campers explore advanced projects straight from MIT’s library—coding real apps for Android and iPhone. By week’s end, they’ll walk away with a working app and the confidence that comes from bringing an idea to life.
NEW: Advanced Robotics with VEX
We’re expanding our use of VEX robotics kits to launch a new robotics experience for grades 4–8. Campers design, build, and program robots using the same tools found in global competitions—testing their creations in hands-on challenges that reward teamwork and curiosity. It’s engineering in motion, guided by champions who know exactly what it takes to make ideas move.
NEW: lunch options you and your kids will love
New for this summer, families can opt in to our NEW healthy, delicious lunches prepared fresh each day—no packing required! Our new menu keeps kids fueled and happy with balanced meals that are both nutritious and fun to eat. Options rotate through crowd-pleasers like handheld sandwiches, warm comfort meals, and fresh salads, with sides of fruit and wholesome snacks. Every dish is designed to meet parents’ high standards while still feeling like a treat for kids. With vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available, it’s a convenient, worry-free way to make sure your camper eats well and stays energized all day.
Returning Favorites — Leveled Up for 2026
Our fan favorites are back—rebuilt, recharged, and ready for a new summer of invention. Campers build on last year’s skills with fresh projects and deeper challenges.
BattleBots
The arena returns! Builders from last summer come back ready to level up—experimenting with new drive systems, smarter code, and upgraded armor. New campers learn the fundamentals of robotics and friendly competition; returning ones up their game, fine-tuning bots designed to win.
Drones & Rockets
Back and soaring higher than ever, this camp sends curiosity skyward. Campers explore flight through drones, rockets, and hands-on experiments that make physics come alive. Returning and new pilots tackle design challenges—building faster rockets and bet
Electricity
It’s full charge ahead for young inventors! Circuits Camp lights up imagination through glowing art, buzzing gadgets, and digital experiments. Campers learn how electricity powers their world and how to build, test, and troubleshoot electronic creations. Returning engineers level up with sensors, motors, and interactivity that make their projects spark to life.
Tech & STEAM
Our youngest creators return to build, code, and imagine in the signature Tech & STEAM series—Tech Explorers, Tech Crafters, and Stories & STEAM. Kids mix art, science, and engineering through screen-free, hands-on activities designed for growth. Each session adds new puzzles, design challenges, and reasons to ask, “what if?”

Yes! We design our camp curriculum to be suitable for both beginners of any age, and more advanced, experienced campers looking for a challenge.
What is the registration deadline?
We close registration the Thursday before the start date of each program. However, if additional paperwork or accommodations are required, we ask that those are submitted with registration at least a week before your child’s program begins.
How will I receive updates about the camp?
We’ll be in touch with you throughout the week with updates from your child’s group. We’ll also reach out to you directly with any urgent needs or updates about your child at camp, and we’ll send out a weekly survey at the end of the week to help improve our programs over the course of the summer. If there’s anything else you need, reach out to your Camp Director directly, or email info@therobohub.com, and a member of our team will direct your inquiry to the right person!
