Summer Camp 2027

From Battling Robots to Designing Your Own Video Game, Robo Hub Summer Camp 2027 is going to be our best yet!

New for 2027

The Robo Hub is turning up creativity this summer with all-new programs powered by some of the biggest names in STEM: Our collaborations with VEX Robotics and MIT create an environment for kids to invent, learn, and collaborate in ways that feel like play. These camps are hands-on, minds-on, and all-fun.

Pre K Camp

Get ready to explore, build, create, and discover! In this hands-on class, our youngest learners will explore the exciting world of STEM through playful experiments, building challenges, creative projects, and age appropriate robotics activities. Children will practice early problem solving, develop fine motor skills, and discover how things work while learning to share ideas, work together, and explore curiosity. This class is designed for kids aged 3-5.

How to pick a camp

Summer programs are based on the rising grade level.

For example, a child going into grade 4 in September is eligible for a Summer camp for 4th graders.

What is the camper-to-staff ratio?
The Massachusetts Department of Public Health requires that we maintain a ratio of at least 1:10 Teachers to Students. The Robo Hub aims to exceed this minimum in order to provide more individualized support to each camper.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We know plans can change, and we try to make things as flexible as possible while keeping camp running smoothly for everyone. Here’s how it works:

For Summer Camp:

  • Deposit: The weekly deposit (10% of the camp week price) is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Transfers: Your program fee, minus the 10% deposit, is transferable to another camp week or program if there is availability. The deposit amount will not be refunded or transferred, and you will need to pay any difference in order to book another camp week or program. If you transfer your camper to a less expensive program, you will receive a credit equal to the difference for use at The Robo Hub.
  • Withdrawal before May 1st: Your payment, minus the weekly deposit, is refundable.
  • Withdrawal after May 1st: Your payment is not refundable but is transferable to another camp week or program in the current summer if spots are available. You cannot transfer or receive credit within 7 days of the first day of the camp session.
  • Add-on services: Extended Day and Food Options are non-refundable but are transferable depending on availability.
  • Email requests to info@therobohub.com

For Vacation Camps:

  • Cancel 30 days before your camp starts → Full refund or full credit.
  • Cancel within 30 days → No refund or credit, but we’ll do our best to move you to another session if space allows.

All cancellations must be sent in writing to info@therobohub.com.

Are the camps suitable for beginners?
Yes! We design our camp curriculum to be suitable for both beginners of any age, and more advanced, experienced campers looking for a challenge.
How will I receive updates about the camp?
We’ll be in touch with you throughout the week with updates from your child’s group. We’ll also reach out to you directly with any urgent needs or updates about your child at camp, and we’ll send out a weekly survey at the end of the week to help improve our programs over the course of the summer. If there’s anything else you need, reach out to your Camp Director directly, or email info@therobohub.com, and a member of our team will direct your inquiry to the right person!
What is the registration deadline?
We close registration the Thursday before the start date of each program. However, if additional paperwork or accommodations are required, we ask that those are submitted with registration at least a week before your child’s program begins.
Is program tuition eligible for Flexible Spending Account (FSA) reimbursement?

Yes, our Camp and After-school care programs are eligible for FSA! You can get a receipt with our EIN by logging into your Sawyer account and looking up your order, and printing the receipt.
